Krka at the forefront of European generic pharmaceuticals

Living a healthy life is the guiding principle of the Krka mission. Its central product group is products for human use, which include prescription pharmaceuticals (81% of overall sales), self-medication products (11%) and cosmetics (1%). It also produces and markets animal health products (3%). The overall offer is supplemented by the health and tourism services of the Terme Krka group (4%).

Krka focuses on the development of generic pharmaceutical products offering added value. Most of these are the product of Krka's in-house knowledge. It provides users with high quality, safe and efficacious medicines, which it markets under its own brands. Krka is today a well-established brand, which has gained the trust of the medical profession and end users alike. It is continually supplementing its wide product range and moving into new therapeutic areas.

Krka will continue to expand its international marketing network in future, appearing on the market with modern generics produced in its own production plants at home and abroad.
